TERMS of Use for Daniella Coffey Events 2023-2024

By participating in This Time Conference, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or recorded on video during the event. You grant us (Daniella Coffey, JDC Faith, LLC) permission to use your likeness in photographs, videos, or other promotional materials related to the This Time Conference, now and henceforth.

You waive any rights you may have to inspect or approve the finished product or any written or electronic copy of the finished product, and any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of your likeness.

You release us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of your likeness in connection with This Time Conference, including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.
