A Certified Focus Leader (CFL) is someone who has completed the necessary training and has been approved by Daniella Coffey to serve the 2025 Stupid Hyper Focus small groups with confidence and knowledge.

Yes, there will be an investment to complete the CFL training and certification, but the return is spiritual growth, leadership tools, and kingdom impact. There are also additional perks to this certification.

Yes, the small groups will meet virtually the majority of the time. Since our Glory Carriers are from across the globe, it may be difficult to have everyone in one place. There will, however, be events throughout the year where everyone will have the chance to meet in person.

That’s okay! We don’t want anyone to feel pressured. If you’re not being led by Holy Spirit to do this, you are not obligated.

We understand that everyone is in a different part of their process. However, for this partnership, we’re only accepting Bible believers and women who believe in and worship Jesus Christ. If you’re not there yet, it’s ok. There’s room to grow. However, this opportunity may not be a good fit for you at this time.

You’ll receive thorough training and a wealth of knowledge to make sure you are prepared. You will never have to “figure things out” on your own. This is a collaboration and we will set you up for success.

We understand that emergencies come up. However, we have provided all of the dates needed in order to ensure your calendar is clear. If you’re not fully able to commit to the dates and the expectations, we understand. However, it’s imperative that we have full participation during this collaboration.

We trust that you will pray first and act second. When you do that, Holy Spirit will lead you to only do what is in alignment with your purpose.

If you do, however, register to become a CFL and discover that this is not for you, a 50% refund will be allowed only until February 1, 2025. After February 1, 2025, absolutely NO refunds will be available and all sales are final. If you have not requested to be taken off the training list by this date and do not show up for the sessions, we will consider your investment as a seed into the Glory Carriers Church for Entrepreneurs movement.

If you select to pay for the investment using the payment plan option with Klarna, there are no refunds, partial refunds or transfers. All transactions initiated and started with Klarna are final and subject to changes and conditions of the Klarna service provider, not Daniella Coffey, Women of Faith Entrepreneurs Network (WOFEN) or any other connected subsidiaries, organizations, partners, or companies.

Our desire is to ensure that each group has 1-2 leaders and no more than 10 women. We will, however, get more accurate numbers before you begin and you will receive a list of names and numbers for your small group members.

At this time, Daniella Coffey and her team will determine who is a part of which small group.
