What is the special Pivot rate, and what is the last day to book it?
The exclusive Pivot Encounter rate is $209 per night, plus tax, at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta. This is a heavily discounted group rate negotiated specifically for our attendees.
The absolute cut-off date to book at this rate is August 30, 2026. However, our room block is limited and rooms are expected to sell out well before the deadline. Once the block is full, the rate is gone, even if the deadline has not passed.
What room types are available at the Pivot rate?
The $209 group rate applies to both Single King and Double Queen guest rooms, based on availability within our block. Double Queen rooms are ideal if you are rooming with a sister attendee to share the cost. Suite upgrades may be available directly through the hotel at prevailing rates.
What is the cancellation policy? Is my money at risk?
Your booking is risk-free. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 72 hours before your check-in date. That means there is zero downside to booking today and locking in the rate while rooms are still available.
Do I have to pay for the whole room right now?
No! A credit card is only required to hold your reservation. You will not be charged for your room and tax until you arrive at the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you arrive early, the hotel can store your luggage so you can head straight into the conference. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; request them at the front desk.
Will the hotel place a hold on my card at check-in?
Yes. Like most full-service hotels, the Signia places a temporary incidentals hold on your credit or debit card at check-in, in addition to your room and tax. This hold covers things like room service or parking charged to your room, and any unused portion is released after check-out.
We recommend using a credit card rather than a debit card at check-in, since debit card holds can take several business days for your bank to release.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is about 10 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). You have two great options:
- Uber or Lyft: Roughly 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic. This is the easiest door-to-door option.
- MARTA train: The budget-friendly choice. Board at the airport station and ride to the GWCC/CNN Center Station (about half a mile from the hotel) or Vine City Station (about two tenths of a mile). No rental car needed.
What is the parking situation?
The hotel offers valet parking for $60 per day with charges applied directly to your room. Self-parking is available in the Georgia World Congress Center decks adjacent to the hotel at daily rates set by the GWCC.
Atlanta downtown parking adds up quickly, so if you are flying in, we recommend skipping the rental car entirely. Everything you need for the entire weekend is inside the building.
Can I book my room over the phone instead of online?

What if I need to change my reservation?
You can easily modify your reservation dates or room type by returning to the booking link and selecting "Manage Existing Reservation," or by calling the hotel directly at +1 (404) 223-4414. Changes are subject to availability within the group block.

Because proximity is part of the encounter. When you stay in the building, you never miss an early prayer huddle because of traffic, never leave a session early to catch a ride, and never lose momentum commuting across the city. You wake up, walk downstairs, and step into the room.
